of gifts to help you pay tribute in a meaningful way: Memorial Donations and Honorary Donations.

Memorial Donations

Memorial Donations are a way to pay tribute to a relative, friend or colleague who has passed away. When you give to the Kona Hospital Foundation, you honor a special life
by helping us improve the lives of people in our community.

Making a Memorial Donation is easy:

To donate in person, please call our office at 808-322-4587.

Upon receipt of your gift, we will send a letter to the honoree's next of kin in acknowledgement of your special gift. (If you desire, the amount of your gift will be
kept confidential.) When sending a memorial gift, please include the name of the
honoree, as well as the name and address of the next of kin.

Honorary Donations

Say thank you to someone whose generous spirit has touched your life. Honorary Donations are a wonderful way to express your gratitude and make a difference in our community.

Making an Honorary Donation is easy:

A letter will be sent to the individual on your behalf acknowledging that you have
made a gift to the Kona Hospital Foundation in her or his honor. If you desire, the
amount of your gift will be kept confidential. When sending an honorary gift, please include the name and address of the person being honored.
