is able to provide items for the Kona Community Hospital. The following are just a few
of the items the Foundation has funded to date for 2009. It's proof that when you give

Current Project
Current Projects are specific fundraising projects the foundation focuses its fundraising efforts on. Your donation is a beneficial way to directly support this effort, which currently is Adopt A Room, a special renovation of our 37 patient rooms. An individual, organization or group can make a donation or sponsor a room.

One-Time Donation

• Write a check to Kona Hospital Foundation and mail it to: Kona Hospital Foundation, 79-1019 Haukapila Street, Kealakekua, HI 96750
• Make a corporate matching gift.
• Make a gift of appreciated securities, vehicle, boat or real estate.  In these

Monthly Giving

A monthly gift is a convenient way to spread your donation over the entire year.  It saves the cost of donor mailings; the Foundation can make commitments to projects because we can count on a regular monthly cash flow; it is easy to give via Visa or MasterCard; you can give a larger gift with greater ease because it is spread out over
the entire year; and you can cancel or change your gift amount at any time.
